Dear Rizwan,
There is no board like CBSC.
It may be CBSE(Central Board of Secondary Education.
The CBSE never appoints anybody but provides some guidelines for employers regarding TGT and PGT.
Please visit www.edudel.nic.in
The recruitment rules published on it will be helpful for you.
The minimum qualification for
PGT = Post Graduate with B.Ed.
TGT = Graduate with B.Ed.
For more details please see the RR (recruitment rules) on the website of DoE, KVS, NVS or DSSSB etc.
