I AM WORKING AS ASSISTANT TEACHER IN DTE.OF EDU. I AM HANDlING TWO SECTION OF 42 EACH FROM LAST 4YRS.PLEASE TELL ME UNDER WHAT RULE MY HOS GIVE ME TWO SECTION OF PRIMARY CLASS.IS IT POSSIBLE UNDER DSER1973.I AM ALSO INCHARGE OF OTHER SCHEMES OF GOVT. PL. SUGGEST ANY ACTION UNDER LAW.

Ask your HOS under RTI ACT.
If you have no courage to do so, prepare an RTI application by the name of General Secretary of DELTA, send by e-mail, we will sign, file and send by speed post to your RESPECTED Principal to explain why such descrimination is going on...
