I took part in-service training in the summer of 2009 but transport allowance for that month not given by HOS.I took RTI rotue.The ans.given those circular which already on web.pl.suggest next action regarding that .
I want to create awareness among the teaching community and want to work and create Zonal level committee for the early reaching the concerned for their cause. I will give my best wishes for the growth of this org.

Thanks for the mail.
Many teachers (about five hundreds) have filed RTI applications regarding non–payments of Transport Allowance for those who had participated in summer seminars.
The Directorate sends the same photocopy to all teachers, which is kept with them. But this is not the way. We can’t get success on this issue by RTI. The scope of RTI is limited for certain issues. The RTI cannot replace the courts. You all have to come with us to discuss on this issue and support our legal battle already in CAT for it. The next date of the OA/1665/2009 Madan Mohan Tiwari vs Union OF India & Ministry of HRD is on 25th January 2010. Please see the page named as ‘BLOGS’ on the website www.delta.org.in
