Respected Mr.Jayant
Thanks for the mail.

Seniority cannot be changed at any cost. If you were senior before 6 CPC then the same condition SHALL apply after the implementation of new pay bands/grade pay.The date of joining in sanik school/MOD( not in that particular school which may be lower due to transfers)and the grade pay are the two parameters showing seniority in the attendance roll. these are basics and Heads are exepected to know these little things.
If you are feeling disappointed, then write your objection to the Head.
The pay scales are implemented wrongly throughout India and it will be corrected after formation of anomaly committees in every department and it will be in your MOD too.
Please wait.
We will file a case in CAT with co-operation of you all against such wrong fixations.

Respected sir. Thanks for reply. actually i belong to sainik school society. After complition of 12 yrs in sainik school chittorgarh, i got transfer tosainik school satara on self request transfer basis. There is a rule of society that u will treated as fresh entrant in other school, payand allowence will not be affected. But i will be considered as junior as per my payscale. i have received seniorty grade after 12 yrs. society is thinking for central seniorty in all sainik schools. but till then i am looser in getting accomodation and other facilites.Pl. guide me for right approach. is there any other case of sainik school of same type?
please reply. And thanks for all cooperation

Dear Jayant Manohar Pandey,

Your statements are contradictory. You told that you would be treated as 'fresh entrant' but pay and allowances will not be affected.

Fresh entrants get less pay than you.

Seniority is based on these two parameters only, date of joining and the basic pay.

If you are senior in pay, then you are senior in school too.

No matter what hell your employers make their own 'fools paradise'.

They have no right to make rules according to their own preferences.

They have to follow labour laws drafted by Ministry of Labour and recruitment rules (RRs) are regulated by CBSE norms.

You are senior than all those who are getting less salary than you.

This is the natural justice and no matters what your authorities doing against it.

File an RTI application to your Sainik School society to know the rules. Get it clarified by them.

Please contribute your financial help to this organisation too. Your little help may help us to fight better for you.

Thanks

Respected Mr J M Pandey,

You have been continuously asking and writing mails to DELTA. We had requested you last month, to help this organisation financially too,

but you are silent on this "DANGEROUS" request.

We reply hundreds of letters of teachers monthly but demand contribution only from those who write regular letters without any organisational help, like motivating other teachers to join us.

You are completely failed on both criteria..

neither your motivated your friends to join DELTA nor made any financial contribution to fight for teachers.

Your "provisional membership" is terminated from now. You are requested not to waste our time in future.

With Regards
