What are the rules regarding senior scale

(1) i am working as PGT in a pvt school. What are the rules regadring senior scale / selection scale as per 5th pay commission. date of joining 7.7.1991. basic pay was 7900 in pay scale of 6500-200-10500 on 7.7.2003. what should be my basic after getting senior scale.
(2) 40 members of our school want to join DELTA. pl advise

The data given is confusing.

If you have started your career as PGT and your date of appointment is 07/1991 and have started from Rs 6500 as basic then it MUST be Rs 8900 in 07/2003 after continuous service of 12 years.

You were eligible for ACP/senior scale in 07/2003. You basic would have been re-fixed as per norms of Fifth CPC and nearby next basic of scale 7450-11500 would have been awarded.

The rules of fixation in senior scale will be sent to you in coming future.

Your present basic will be decided after fixation done again on 01/01/2006 after implementation of 6 CPC.

Presently you are entitled for Grade pay of 5400.

As a provisional member, you and your friends can avail all facilities of the organisation.

after a few months we allow all pending applicants as 'MEMBERS of DELTA.'

It is necessary for your friends to come in que otherwise they will stand behind.

We had enough membership requests in last years and not in a position to allow everyone as MEMBER.

In fact, we have little manpower and doing our best with little resources.

We need your best co-operation for this organisation.
