i want to know if a school can calculate working days from the 25th to 25th and then make salary payments? also if there is such a provision of deduction of onedays salary for three days late comming.

No...NO...It is absolutely wrong. No school can calculate salary of an employee for its benefit from the middle of the month. The salry is calculated from 1st of the month to 31st of the month. The calculation of DA or bonus etc are based on the formula of 30 days.
Yes, there is provision of deduction of 1 CL (casual leave) for three days late marks. But deduction of salary may not be done.
The teacher working in Govt, Aided or recognised schools are well priviledged by many types of leave and these alternate methods are applicable in spite of deduction of one day salary.
