I retired as TGT ON 31.01.2007. And re-employed for two years w.e.f. 1.02.2007 to 25.01.2009. My query is whether I am entitled for Bonus of the yrs. 06-07,07-08 & 10 months 0f 08-09.

The Bonus orders are not restricting you to take the advantage. These orders are applicable on all employees who are working since last six months. Order issued for Bonus is applicable for casual workers also.
