I want to know the rules regarding station leave? what happens if one goes out of station without obtaining prior permission/station leave?

No separate station leave is needed if the place of stay is informed by the applicant in the application of leave.
You can go out of station and enjoy summer vacation without any permission because enjoying vacation is your right being an employee of 'Vacational Deptt.
