I had joined directorate of Education as Assistant tr on 24/02/2003 and on selection by DSSSB and on acceptance of Technical resignation by DDE I had joined as TGT on 09/05/2008. My salary has been fixed on 12540+4600/- but now audit team has objected and says i must get promotional benefits hence just one increment on my basic on 08/05/2008 would be given. Are they right? Whom should i pproach? Should i go to CAT or NOT
