Delhi Govt Education rejects our promotion stating that QUALIFICATION GOT AFTER DUE DATE i.e. 01.01.2012

Sir,
this query is not just of mine but of nearly 400 primary teacher working in mcd.
Sir mcd appoint thousand of teacher on 03.10.2006. Now these teacher are eligible for promotion to gnct schools. But nearly 400 teachers of this batch complete their b.ed via ignou in dec.2011. Our exams were held in dec 2011 and our result came on 9 Feb 2012. Ignou gave us degree which clearly wrote that HE HAS COMPLETED HIS B.ED COURSE IN DECEMBER 2011. But delhi govt education ignore this and reject our promotion stating that QUALIFICATION GOT AFTER DUE DATE i.e. 01.01.2012. Sir this unjustice with hundred of us. Please help us. CRY - Child Rights and You, an Indian NGO working for the past 3 decades on the issue of child rights across 23 States and Alliance for People’s Rights (APR) , a network of 15 voluntary organizations advocating for issues of children in Delhi are organizing a Children Festival “Shiksha Hamara Haq” on October 18, 2012.in Speaker’s Hall, Constitution Club of India from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 pm. The Festival brings together 60 children representatives from 29 children’s group across Delhi to be part of a 4 day workshop facilitated by Mr. Walter Peter, a National School of Drama Graduate and a senior theatre artist.

I applied for pay anomaly and then I was given the basic pay as 4625 from 1.1.96 while

And now I am drawing my pay as Basic- 19680 GP- 4600 DA- 12792 HRA- 5904 TA- 2640 TOTAL- 41016

Whether I am eligible to get old pension scheme benefit by the proportionate service gratuity

Sir, I joined in Govt. service (state govt.) in 2002 and it was pensionable. In the year 2009, I joined in another job under central Govt. and is also pensionable. I have applied through proper channel, got selected and joined to my new post on retaining one year lien to my substantive post. During my lien period I have contributed GPF contribution in my previous GPF account. After completion of my probation period, I was allowed to open GPF account in my present place of posting and contribution is being deducted from my salary. I have applied for counting of my past service and authority has communicated this matter to my previous employer seeking pro-rata pension. Recently my previous employer declined to give pro-rata pension as I had not completed 10 years of service but agreed to discharge proportionate service gratuity. Now I want to know whether I am eligible to get old pension scheme benefit by the proportionate service gratuity. If possible, let me know in detail giving relevant CCS rules/clause. I shall be highly grateful to you.

I got my increment in july 2007, 26 months after the last increment in may 2005

I am a TGT. My pay was fixed as 6375*1.86 + 4600 =16550/-. A TGT joined in april 2006 at the minimum of 12540/-+ 4600=17140/-. Hence my basic was upgraded in april 2006, but my increment due on 1/6/2006 was denied, saying I did not complete 6 months. Is this correct. This way I got my increment in july 2007, 26 months after the last increment in may 2005. Now they ask me for rules to give me my increment. Please advice.

My wife is T.G.T in privet school when 6 pay commission implemented her basic pay was 6375 which multiplied by 1.86 .but when i checked on your side i found method of fixation of my wife was wrong so pl. tell me how it will rectified or will you help in this regard.as privet school\'s are not so good in finance matter,s like pay enhancement etc.

They are paying 6000/- only to Principal & other staff which is very little, the school has enough funds.

I am doing job as a principal in private school for the last 10 years.which is run by society of a mandir.i am M.A.B.ed. but they are paying all the staff just lum-sum. all the time they said school is not recognised or not aided so how can we pay much they r paying 6000/- only to me & other staff is less than me. school has enough funds.i am also doing job of accounts there so high funds are availabe in my knowledge.my quiries are 3

1 can i do something to increase the salary of staff and myself is it the right of principal
2 can i refuse to do the work of accountant tnere.
3 can i accept the written resignation of any staff member due to her personal problems on my behalf.
