Please advice me what I should do to get the selection scale

I joined KVS on 16.08.1979 as PRT.
Later I was selected as TGT maths. through direct recruitment on 21.03.1983.
In 1995 i got my senior scale. i retired on 30.04.2014.
My name figured in the 20% list of TGTs for selection scale.
It was written that I don`t have higher Qual. in the same subject as in graduation.
My qualification is B.Sc.B.Ed.M.A. English and M.Ed.
Please advice me what I should do to get the selection scale .
I have fulfilled all other criterias layed down by KVS.

I'll need your help to find out about some Court judgments, if any, wherein entry pay for directly recruited seniors was granted w.e.f 01-01-2006. Or where the benefit of upgradation was accepted by multiplying the revised pay structure with 1.86 factor.

How to fix pay and arrears if someone availed EOL

My wife if presently TGT in Dwarka.
My query is she has been granted 1st ACP from the pay scale Rs.4500-7000 (pre-revised) to pay scale Rs.5500-9000 on 12/8/2005.
During the period from 2004-07
she was on authorized EOL.
She resumed duties on 13 September 2008. When she proceeded on EOL in 2004,
her basic pay was Rs.5125/-.
She also got promotion in 2010 as TGT.
The request is how to fix pay and arrears, as in the meantime new Pay Commission recommendations arrived.
Pl help regarding calculation and fixation of salary.

Stepping up
I joined in MCD as primary teacher on 7-1-97.
I joined Delhi admin school on 3-4-2008 as TGT Math.
Both cases uploaded are my seniors and you are saying that anomaly of all TGT has to be rectified on the basis of these two teachers.
How can I apply on their basis ?
May you suggest or give a case for my comparison.

The state govt has derecognised the school under section 16 of RTE

My school is located in chhattisgarh. Coming direct to the point, my school is affiliated to CBSE (Aff.No.3330131) now the state govt has derecognised the school under section 16 of RTE.also they are verbally instructing us to run the school as they are going to impose us some fine.regarding the letter for fine or recognition the are simply harassing us by consoling that within 2 days or 3 days or next we\'l b giving u the letter. Kindly guide me for further proceedings.Will it be ok to file a case ? if u need i can mail u the scanned copy of the letter of derecognition. thanking u in anticipation

I wish to know about the revised pay under 6th pay commission,of librarian(prt scale).The organisation had put me in the scale of 5200-20200+2800.Later on the scale was revised to 9300-34800+4200,but I could not avail the revised salary as my Institution head made me write to forgo the same on the ground that I could not spare 8-hours in the organization,and preferred teaching instead as I am qualified for the same though my paper indicate my post as librarian. Now I am TGT on probation. Shall I forget the revised benefit of Librarian. Please guide. Regards

I have been terminated from my job on the false accusation of supplying a question paper to a student last year.

I hv been terminated from my job on the false accusation of supplying a question paper to a student last year.First they suspended me and gave time to prove and I with the help of my colleague proved my genuineness yet they terminated me suggesting that I was found guilty .They had a lawyer to assist them but I was denied any legal assistance,my colleague argued on my behalf n proved my innocence yet of no avail.Now they are following the same policy of giving chargesheets to every 2nd employee on flimsy grounds.The principal calls the employee to her room where already the supervisor and the account is present and infront of them the teacher is forced to accept their points or threatened to be thrown out of the school(suspension leading to termination).They are forced to sign bonds.They are not allowed to go for nature\'s call,unnecessarily called and threatened.Even students are instigated to write against the employees .The employees are living in insecurity and terror which is definitely affecting their capabilities.Please suggest a workable solution to these problems .Hoping for your genuine support. I was suspended when demanded arrears of Pay Commissions and ACP

I a PRT{sc}working with D.A.V.Public School, Brij Vihar, Ghaziabad since 03.11.2011,on the basis of false, fictitious, frivolous n engineered charges, though not received a single memo in my 19yrs of services. My students are my pride.Reason for this suspension is writing RTI to CBSE for not getting proper pay commission forget about arrears n ACP. All the staff members signed the representation sent to CBSE but later on backed when i suspended. Sir, letter of suspension is not signed by appointing authority. Lawyer I engaged deliberately lingered the case to make money. Verybadly in need of proper help n guidance

The principal of St Joseph’s convent and she has told her very bluntly that they cannot do anything for my daughter and I should remove her from that school

To whom so ever it may concern

I have a daughter in the sixth standard age 12yrs who is studying in St Joseph’s school, Panchgani as a boarder.  

Concerned about her constant lack of concentration and failing in some subject we decided to do a test on her to determine the reason for her problem and learned that she is suffering from dyslexia. My concern now is what should I do. 

I had my daughters ex principal speak to Sr Charmaine the principal of St Joseph’s convent and she has told her very bluntly that they cannot do anything for my daughter and I should remove her from that school as they are not willing to make any exceptions nor can she study further in that school 

I’m afraid that this will mentally affect my child who is happy in this school. I have been informed that as per the right to education all school cannot deny the child of education even with disability and that the school should provide necessary help to make sure the child gets help. Is this true and what should I do? How should I get help for my child. Please help

Earned Leave have been converted into Half Pay Leaves. According to the school, HPL in case of resignation cannot be encashed. Is it true?

I am working as PGT Physics in Delhi Public School, New Delhi under DPS Society since Apr 2007. I have resigned from the post and joining other school as Vice Principal. My notice period ends on 28-02-2013. Two weeks back the school has issued a circular that from Apr 2009 onwards all Earned Leave have been converted into Half Pay Leaves. According to the school, HPL in case of resignation cannot be encashed. Is it true? I have 20 EL from Apr 2007 to Apr 2009, which can be encashed. But after Apr 2009 to till date, the school is denying the encashment of EL. Kindly suggest.
