What should be the basic pay of a lecturer

what will be the basic pay of a lecturer in the revised scale in the existing pay of Rs.15200(stagnant since 2008)in the pay scale of 10000-325-15200?

Basic pay should be 21900+7600=29500 plus allowances for fresh recruits and older one should get pay fixed over this amount giving benefit of bunching for every two years as it is suggested and published on 'download' page of www.delta.org.in since last September 2008 and widely appreciated by all concerned who were in confusion about the way how bunching would be done.

You should get the circular for fixation after stagnation period from us.
