I want to know weather ST candidates can get the benifit of Reservation in Delhi govt posts. Because i have heard that the govt has decided not to give benifit to ST candidates

Yes , because Delhi is for all and it is not an state but NCT of India. It is an UT and have LG in place of Gevernor. You can avail reservation as ST in appointment as well as in promotion too.
