What about teachers denied Earn Leave? Is there any develpment in this regard?

Initially most of the teachers were not agreed on the fact that the EL has been denied.
They were engaged in cross-questions only.
This community is not ready to accept knowledge 'EASILY' from others.
We are trying to unite frogs on the balance since last Nov 2008.
Now, most of the teachers are agreed that Earned Leave will not be given to them.
This is the 'DEVELOPMENT' in this regard.......
