My basic pay is 6725 (1/1/06) so according new pay scale for TGT my basic par 1/1/06 is 18310 but according to your pay calculator 17110 pl guide me about this difference.

The pay calculator shows pay scales without bunching.
18310 is right and justified if bunching is applied according to rule 7.
