My mother's salary is not according to 6CPC

My mother\'s salary as on Jan 2006 are as follows:-
BASIC- 8900 DP- 4450 DA[24%]-3204 TOTAL -16554
Sir, kindly tell me, what should be my present salary after the implementation of SIXTH PAY COMMISSION?

The salary on 01/2006 MUST be 16560+4800=21360 plus allowances after implementation of BENEFIT OF BUNCHING.

Data submitted by you looks incomplete as it is not clear about the D.O.A. and the name of the city to count HRA etc
