CCL can not be refused on the basis of probation period. It is asociated with the fundamental rights of baby. CCL is just like maternity leave and it cannot be refused whether the female is married or not.

Your Principal have no right to refuse the application. Yet, leave is not a right but he/she have no right to alter the leave applied and due, too.

You are suggested to file RTI and ask his/her right on which the application was refused.

Take help of RTI activists associated with us and draft some good RTI applications. We are sure, your Principal will face deptt penal action.
