I am a Primary Teacher.My basic pay as on 1-1-2006 was 4875.As per Rule 7(A)(ii)I should get benefit of bunching in fixation of my basic pay.Though I brought this matter to the competent authority no justification is done yet.What should I do now? Please suggest me.
