whether I am entitled to get notional increment on purely for the purpose of PENSIONARY benefits

I am a teacher.My date of birth is 01.07.1952 as such I am retiring on 30.06.2012.I got annual increment on 01.07.2011.Please find time to inform me whether I am entitled to get notional increment on purely for the purpose of PENSIONARY benefits as allowed by the Andhra Pradesh Government vide GO Ms No.235F&P(FW-FRII)Dt.27.10.98(WHERE AN EMPLOYEE\'S DATE OF INCREMENT FALLS DUE ON THE DAY FOLLOWING HIS RETIREMENT, HE MAY BE GIVEN THE BENEFIT NOTIONALLY PURELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF PENSIONARY BENEFITS,SUBJECT TO THE CONDITION THAT HIS SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE.please help us.
