Is this Yuva SLP necessary

Is this YUVA SLP compulsary? If any one does not attend what will happen? what shoule we do, atleast these kind of programme announced atleast three months before?

Yes, as there is no better way available to waste the money of "sarva shiksha abhiyan".If you will not attend, they will do nothing because you are not bound to attend any seminar in vacation.
DELTA has filed a case against such programmes in summer vacation in CAT. Read the page "links" on the website.
