Please see the attached message which is an RTI application already filed in the Directorate of Education. It will be helpful for you to draft another application according to demand of your friends. Kindly try to draft and send us to edit.
Please write information only in future and dont write as 'dear madanji' because we forward mails to different persons in different locations in country to write answer and it takes time in editing such mails.
