Whether Nursery Schools need to be closed after RTE 2009

P lease let me know, if the nursery schools (for children between the ages of 3 and 6 years) need to be closed after the RTE 2010 act comes into effect.

All such schools have to upgrade according to the norms and standards of recognition within 3 years of its inactment.

But, these types of provisions in an act are only DECORATIVE.

The PUBLIC never follows or accepts such NON-SENSE rules and discard.

How is it possible to close or upgrade lacks of schools running in every gali of this country?
