Is there any provision for the child to see his annual exam\'s answer sheets if he is not satisfied with the result or the transparency in the checking system at school level.

Yes, provided the matter is with Govt school.
The answer sheets of ALL students are purchased by tax money of general public and every citizen of India have RIGHT to see, inspect or take photocopy of the document under RTI Act 2005.
