Dear Friend
Multiply 7700 + 3850 by 1.86 and add grade pay of your upgraded scale.That will be on 1.1.06 if month of increment between jan and june than add increment of 3% on 1.7.06 then 3% on 1.7.07 and so on.

We think that D.P. 3850 will not be considered in this multiplication with 1.86, rest is OK.
