Multiply your basic pay +DP by 1.86 as on 1.1.06 and add pay band of 6600 .you will get your salary.

Some people are too much happy keeping in mind that their pay scales are upgraded and wef 1.1.06 they will be fixed at upgraded scale but it is not so.You will get only the grade pay of upgraded scale.So nothing to be happy.
NEWLY APPOINTED PRINCIPALS (PB-3,Grade pay- 7600) AND THEIR INITIAL PAY WIll be 21900+7600=29500 while appointed earlier than 01/01/06 will get 18600+7600=26200, looking amazing but true , the anomaly committee will see the matter as the 6cpc recommends.
