I am in doubt about my position

I joined KVS during Oct 2007 on the scale of 5500-175-9000 (TGT Pre-Revised Scale). As per 6 CPC Pay for the month of Nov and Dec 2008, we were paid 12540+4600=17140 and allowances thereon. But now it is in the air that we are being fixed at 9300+4600 only on the plea that clarification is being obtained from the ministry about upgraded scale. Kindly clarify what will be the actual position after fixation of newly appointed TGT.

Respected Mr K S (sharma) (Barwal)etc....
we are helpless in case of those teachers who ask questions without disclosing their identity. This organisation has recieved many e-mails from you and we tried to answer them on the basis of humanity and with due respect to the "teaching profession" and not in any obligation of your NAME which is continuosly changing between Sharma and Berwal etc.

We have requested you to be our member but you are "suspicious" to the honesty and ideology of the organisation.
It is now hard to understand that why you write mails after changing your name from K R Sharma to K R Berwal.
If you have no time and interest in filling on line membership form, SORRY we have no time for you.
