I am a PGT In Comp.Sc. And presently working in KVS. I had my joining in Sept 2007.The officials here are making my salary under 6CPC as 9300+4800 only, which I told them is incorrect method of fixation. They are not listening to me. First tell me the correct way of fixation and secondly what to do next in this situation? plz reply me as early as possible.

Thanks for the mail.
You have joined KVS after Jan 2006 and your basic MUST be 13350+4800=18150 plus allowances. If it is not done, it is BLUNDER. You would get an increment of 3% in July 2008
The fixation is wrongly done by your school authorities and not by the Regional Director or the Director of the KVS.They have neither denied your justified scales in any letter or in a written form through which you can proceed to the court. It is done all by oral instructions and may be called 'Administrative Gundagardi'. No one is asking them why they are not writing clear letters to subordinates. Only and only Principal and DDO is responsible for the lapse as all higher officials have send the complete 6cpc pages to them via e-mail and ordered them to frame the pay scales by themselves.
You have no way than to ask the reason of lower fixation by RTI, or wait for the setting up of anomaly committees or drag them to the court. Ask them why are they not implementing RULE- 7 (1) (A)(i)& (ii) and specially the process of bunching which removes anomaly also. Tell them to see the entry scales on pages 43 section II of First schedule Part-A.
Your Principal has implemented the Rule -7 (1) (A) (i) only and has left the (ii) which says bunching has to be done from starting the basic of a PGT from the entry scale of 13350,if it is higher than existing basic of Vth pay commission X 1.86.

We, some Govt schoolteachers are running this organisation and we have heavy workload and family responsibilities too, just like you.
We need helping hands throughout the country but we don’t know why the teaching community is not sharing our workload as desired and is going to be 'selfish' day by day and looking totally engaged in 'two sons’ and ‘tuitions’...

Which is wrong way to fix the pay.
Thanks for such an suport.Actually I am also working in Kendriya Vidyalaya as a PGT-Computer Science and facing same sort of comment from my authority,saying that Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan is an autonomous body and that's why what they will fix it is final. If someone getting Rs 650/- extra by aplying 6th PC to earlier scale then what is the need of 6PC,hopefully it was better in 5th PC.This thing has to be understood by KVS authority.Now our salary has been fixed provisionally at 12090+4800 plus allowances,which is also not 100% correct.
