Try by forwarding your leave approval directly to concerned RO/HQ.
Mention your dumbo Principal that Caring for a child requires no probation/permanent period.
Otherwise, try to approach Grievance Cell of KV.
Do post the response from RO.
Apply directly to concerned RO or HQ with a copy to your school principal. Otherwise, try to approach Grievance Cell of KV. Do post your reply from RO/HQ.
Respected Ms Arti Srivastava,
Thanks for the mail.
Your e-mail id was bouncing back the mail sent many times to you.
Turn off the Spam guard in yahoo.
The CCL is your right and the Principal have no power to refuse the leave applied.
Please file an RTI application and ask the principal about his rights to refuse the leave applied by the employee and to show the circulars rule books to favour the rights of Principal.Take help of our experts in drafting the applications of RTI.
First of all give application to the office of principal and avail a diary number on your application.
If the Principal is not giving diary number on your application then send it to higher officials by registered mail.
Your probation period will not take adverse turn and it will be extended for one more year only. There is no loss of seniority if CCL is granted.
Thanks
