by multiplying 1.86 X basic it comes less

I am PGT in kendriya vidyalaya.i joined in 2002 september.My basic pay as on 01 jan 2006 is 7100.By multiplying the basic pay with 1.86 factor it comes out to be 18010 which is even less than minimum entry level basic for pgts.Kindly tell me the method of calculating my basic.

Thanks for the mail.

Juniors are getting more pay than their seniors and it is normal ?You will claim for removal for anomaly. It will be removed within one year. See the page "links" also. The same pay scale will be given to you after removal of anomaly and bunching and you will get 14130+4800 =18930 pus allowances on the 01/01/2006.

I am kvs employee tgt eng my basic on 1-1-6 was 5850 multiplying by 1.86 plus grade pay 4600 it comes 15490 on 1-9-08 it is less than minimum basic that is 17140
what bunching should i get on 1-1-06?

Your basic should be 12920+4600=17520+allowances on 01/01/2006.See the page 'Download'and "links" on the main site.
