I am employee of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan on a post of TGT. My joining date in KVS 20/09/95 pay scale of 5500-175-9000. Sir, 01-01-06 my basic pay 7250. (pay scale 5500-175-9000. And senior scale granted 20/09/07 pay scale of 6500-200-10500.Basic pay fix on 20/09/07 is 7700 As per six pay commission. I want to know my basic pay 01-01-06 and september 2008.

According to the rules of bunching you must get 14560+4600=19160 plus allowances. But it will be implemented after a few months.At first you will get 1.86 X basic and keep patience. Read our main website and its page named 'Links". It is your justified and legal right to get the same pay scale not less than your junior.Your pay will be fixed in the pay scale of PGT on 01/01/2006 because you have completed 10 years in one grade and now you are entitled for Ist ACP/upgradation after 20/09/2005. But you will get the benefit from 01/01/2006 because you are completing more than 10 years on the same date.
