Thanks for the mail and the compliments about DELTA.
You MUST be considered as NEW ENTRY and your basic MUST be 12140+4600=17140 plus allowances from 13th July 2006.Claim boldly or file RTI for the arrears on this basic.If you dont like to take 'panga' with your seniors, we may file RTI on your behalf.Keep writing...
