What is the method of pay fixation as per 6th pay commission in respect of PRT who joined from 2001- to 2006 in the pay scale of 4500 - 7000 ?

Thanks for the mail.
It is not possible for us to write lenghthy e-mails to explain all rules regarding methods of fixation.Your question is big and not clear too. How is it possible to explain about all teachers having different 60 months for awarding their increments? There will be different criteria for teachers with increment in Jan 2001,July 2001 and December 2005 and Jan 2006 etc.
