Please make it clear, what is the main confusion? Are you all not getting the pay scale as shown on the page 'download'? Then what is being implemented in your deptt?
All Kendriya Vidyalaya/Navodaya Vidyalaya Teachers are covered under Central Govt and these two organisations are autonomous bodies of The HRD ministry of Govt of India. Therefore the same 6CPC recommendations will be implemented without any 'if and but'. There is a great confusion in its implementation that why juniors are getting more pay than their seniors .Dont worry, this is an anomaly and it will be removed and the same pay table which is shown on the page 'download' of our site will be implemented in your deptt also. If it is not being accepted or you are being ignored of the right demand then come to us.We will make the way for it.
