Which scale is being implemented in DELHI

I am TGT from Pondicherry Union Territory working in Govt. school. I have gone through pay scales for all teaching cadres in a table format. Now I wish to know, whether the same calculation has been followed in all Delhi schools. If not so, the format followed at present in Delhi schools may kindly be sent to me.There is also news that all the Delhi schools are following directorate of edn order no. 806-816 dt. 12-09-2008 (also it is withdrawn from 19.09.2008). Is it true? Please do send me the present scenario in the pay fixation in Delhi schools as early as possible.

The order withdrawn had wrong methods of bunching and many stages (even upto eight stages) were bunched together.It was widely critisized. But it doesn't mean that the newly appointed TGT are not getting 17140 and PGT as 18150 through the entry scales. Many schools are sending their bills according to 17140 as starting pay with bunching shown same as the table available on page'download'.But many schools are sending 17140 for newer one and 1.86xbasic for seniors.In this way seniors are getting less and juniors getting higher.
In fact there is no uniformity in DELHI regarding pay fixation .All employees are busy in Elections and dust will finally settle upto November 08.Please read blog on page 'link'for more clarification.
